Agreement

These terms are between you and Healthcare Henry LLC. By using Custody Receipts you agree to them. If you don’t agree, don’t use the app. You must be 18 or older.

Not legal advice

Custody Receipts is a record-keeping tool. Nothing in the app, its reports, or our communications is legal advice, and using it doesn’t create an attorney-client relationship. Talk to a family law attorney in your state about your situation.

We don’t guarantee that any record, report or photo will be accepted as evidence or given any particular weight. Courts decide that.

Your records

You’re responsible for what you enter. Keep it truthful and factual. Entries are time-stamped when saved. You can edit or delete them anytime. Changes in the first 15 minutes are simple fixes; after that, the original is kept and the entry shows when it was edited or removed.

The app doesn’t replace your originals. Keep original text messages, emails, receipts and documents, and don’t delete them.

The tamper check can show that records haven’t been changed inside the app since they were saved. It can’t confirm that what was entered is true, and it doesn’t prevent someone with access to your phone from adding entries.

Use it lawfully

Don’t use the app to harass, stalk, threaten or intimidate anyone, to violate a court order, or to record or collect information in ways that break the law where you live (for example, recording conversations without the consent your state requires).

Keep your own backups

Your data lives on your device. If your phone is lost, damaged or reset, or the app is deleted, your records can be lost. Use the backup feature and keep copies somewhere safe. We can’t recover data we never had.

Free trial and subscriptions

New users get 14 days free. After that, a subscription is needed to keep adding records. A subscription covers one family: you, one co-parent, and all the kids you share. Each additional co-parent family is its own subscription. The price is $3.99 per month or $39.99 per year for each family. Optional add-ons, such as AI features, may be offered separately. Prices may vary by country and can change; you’ll always see the current price before you subscribe.

Subscriptions are sold through Apple’s App Store or Google Play and follow that store’s payment, renewal and refund rules. They renew automatically unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel anytime in your Apple account or Google Play settings.

If you don’t subscribe or you cancel, you keep access to everything you’ve already recorded: you can still view, export and back up your records.

The app

We own Custody Receipts and its design. We grant you a personal, non-transferable license to use it on devices you own or control, under these terms and the app store’s standard terms (Apple’s standard license agreement or Google Play’s terms). Don’t copy, resell or reverse engineer it.

We may update, change or stop offering the app or features.

No warranty

The app is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent the law allows. We don’t promise it will be error-free, always available, or that reminders will always be delivered.

Limit of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, Healthcare Henry LLC isn’t liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, lost data, or the outcome of any legal proceeding, arising from your use of the app. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the app in the 12 months before the claim, or $50 if you paid nothing.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Georgia, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Some places don’t allow certain limits above; where that’s the case, they apply only as far as the law permits.

Changes and contact

We may update these terms. If a change is significant, we’ll let you know in the app. Continuing to use the app after that means you accept the new terms. Questions: support@custodyreceipts.com.
